If you cannot keep an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Financial Arrangements
We will work to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We will submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.
Payment for treatment may be made by check, cash, debit card, or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).
For patients requiring major dental work, financing is available through Care Credit or Lending Club.
